Purpose:

Manage overall operations and oversee each location for effective and successful management of financial performance, asset management, facilities, employees, productivity, and efficiency. Responsible for the development and achievement of success in the Sales, Parts, and Service departments. Provide coaching and leadership to each Regional/Store Manager to develop necessary skills for successful location management. Foster a work environment that will optimize the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers. Partner with leadership to establish and execute overall goals for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and promote LandPro values, vision, and mission
  • Ensures the reputation and image of LandPro in the community is consistent with the organization’s values, vision, and mission
  • Analyzes departmental financials to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits for assigned locations
  • Responsible for daily communication with Regional/Store Managers o Reviews overall location financial performance with Regional/Store Managers
  • Identifies underperforming metrics by location/department and guides Regional/Store Managers on implementing improvement plans
  • Implements Sales and Aftermarket initiatives
  • Identify potential problems that could disrupt the normal operational flow of the business
  • Provide input to the Leadership Team in making business decisions
  • Partner with Leadership on strategy and implementation of business plans
  • Ensures appropriate communications between the Leadership Team and the entire organization
  • Oversees the evaluation, allocation, and management of physical assets
  • Guides Regional/Store Managers on talent, staffing levels and employee development
  • Focuses on efforts to improve customer experience
  • Participates as an active member of the safety committee
  • Ensures that Sales, Parts, and Service departments align as a team
  • Performs other duties as assigned by CEO and Business Managers

Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 5 years experience in the field or in a related area, managing a retail location or in a corporate management role
  • Familiar with the Ag equipment industry, John Deere and competitive products
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Proven managerial ability in the areas of financial management, marketing experience and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and process-driven mentality
  • Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent experience required
  • Extensive operational management experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • High School Diploma (GED), or equivalent experience required
  • Valid driver’s license required
